Hello and thank you for your question. You are a great candidate
for a breast augmentation.  The size, profile, and shape of the
implant is based on your desired breast size/shape, your chest wall
measurements, and soft tissue quality.  This decision should
be based on a detailed discussion with equal input from both you
and your surgeon.  This entire surgery
can be performed with a small incision technique.  Cost varies based on geographic region and surgeon expertise.  Make sure you
specifically look at before and after pictures of real patients who have
had this surgery performed by your surgeon and evaluate their results.   The most important aspect is to find a
surgeon you are comfortable with. I recommend that you seek consultation with a
qualified board-certified plastic surgeon who can evaluate you in person.

Breast implant type and sizing selection is a complicated process and requires a detailed consultation that includes a discussion of your goals, a detailed examination, and a lengthy discussion. But the decision will always start and end with the patient. 

When it comes to sizing, we have all of our patients find 3 photos of their desired breast size. We ask for naked breast photos because clothing can obscure the true size (push up bras). Next, we consult with patients and go over the photos and take detailed breast measurements during a physical exam. Next, we using a sizing algorithm to determine a range of implants that will work based on the exam and the measurements.

Lastly, during the operation, we use silicone sizers in the operating room to see how the size actually looks in the breast. We sit the patient up in the operating room, while asleep of course, and compare the sizer result with their desired look photos. If it is too small, we start the process over with a slightly larger implant. We don't stop until we get the perfect match.

Of all of my breast augmentation patients, every one of them has been happy with their size due to this detailed and meticulous process. You don't want to invest time and money into a result that is either too big or too small.

In addition, the cost of the surgery will depend on several factors including the geographical location, the type of surgery that will be performed, the type and size of implants that will be used, the type of anesthesia, and the plastic surgeon's experience and credentials among others.

You should discuss your concerns with a board-certified plastic surgeon and make sure that your surgeon understands your goals.

Saline implants are best placed in the submuscular space due to rippling that is inherent in the implants. Given your pictures, an increase of ~300-400cc will give you that cup size + that you are looking for. Going on top of the muscle is an option, but you may want to replace the implants to silicone gel earlier than if you were under the muscle. Cleavage is accomplished more with a bra than with the implants themselves. Of course, the implant do make that much easier. Our saline implant pricing is fixed at $4300 which includes Mentor implants, all visits, anesthesia, surgery, and facility fees.

When it comes to cost of surgery, there may be many “variables” involved. The specific surgeon's credentials/experience level (or lack thereof), the specific geographic area you are looking at, the different operations available, the location of the procedure ( quality of surgery facility), type/quality of anesthesia provider, type of breast implants… are some of the potential variables involved. You will find average costs of surgery listed on this website, and on individual plastic surgeon's websites as well.
In regards to outcome of the planned procedure, more important than costs of the procedures will be careful selection of your plastic surgeon. I would suggest starting with the American Society of Plastic Surgery and/or the Aesthetic Society of Plastic Surgery to obtain a list of well experienced board-certified plastic surgeons. Then, I would suggest you visit a few surgeons whose practices concentrate on aesthetic surgery. ***Ask to SEE lots of examples of their work AND preferably speak/see patients who have had similar procedures done. Be very careful with your decision-making. You will find, while doing your due diligence, that there are many different “specialties” who will offer their services to you; again, I strongly recommend you concentrate on surgeons certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery.  
 
I would also suggest that you do not base your selection of plastic surgeon primarily on costs of surgery; keep in mind that revisionary surgery may be more costly in many ways.  I hope this helps.  

Since 18 years of age can ONLY use saline implants by FDA/Implant companies guidelines. Fees from $4,000 to $5,000. Best to seek in person opinions from boarded PSs in Tampa 

Breast augmentation cost do not increase with an increase size of implant. Realself provides a cost estimate based on the area in which you live. Costs range from $5000 up to $10,000 depending on where you live and the experience of your surgeon
