I had 365cc silicone implants put in 3 months ago. When can I stop worrying about getting stretch marks?

Congratulations on your breast augmentation. Stretch marks are very very unlikely following breast augmentation. If you have no evidence of stretch marks in 3 months I would stop worrying about the possibility.
