I had 1 septorhinoplasty, a separate septoplasty, and a second septorhinoplasty. At 3 weeks post op I bumped my nose tip hard and the shape changed. Can another revision return my nose to normalcy and still look natural? Can my bridge be made fuller from osteotomies or do I require external cartilage grafts as well
