Bumped my nose tip hard and the shape changed - Can my nose have another revision?

Hi there! Another revision can help with improving symmetry and reducing asymmetries. I prefer an open septorhinoplasty approach with structure to provide the best opportunity to straighten the nose into place. Osteotomies may be needed to help bring your nose to the midline. The tip may need restructuring with cartilage - all of which are possible. The source of cartilage may be ear or rib depending on how much septum is left. I would recommend visiting with a facial plastic surgeon to evaluate the internal and external structure of your nose post-trauma. Best of luck!
