I had a septorhinoplasty to address my crooked nose and dorsal hump in September 2017. My side profile is perfect, but the crookedness has persisted; if anything it is worse. The asymmetry of my face is something I don’t really notice when looking in the mirror as it looks normal in the flipped reflection, but I avoid photos and videos because it’s incredibly noticeable. Is there anything that can be done to make my nose sit straighter on my face or is this unrealistic?
