I'm a 64-year-old female who had a face and neck lift 6 months ago. Had hoped facelift would rid me of drooping jowls, but they are still there. Do these obvious jowls warrant revision surgery?

Answer: Jowls persist six months after a facelift A full set of facial photographs from all angles are required to make a determination about how best to proceed, in addition to a copy of the operative report to find out what was the accomplished in the first procedure. From these two very limited photographs, there appears to be not only jowls, but deflation of the midface, a recessive chin profile, and fullness in the submental area below the Chin.

Answer: Post facelift with gel residual Based on your two post of photos appears the facelift had limitations and you need a complete revision of a face NekliFF with muscle to improve the gels and some laxity in the lateral neck. Best of virtual consult with. Fee from $10,000-$25,000.. Again, best of virtual cons
