Would I benefit from a lower face and neck lift revision? (photos)

Question

I'm 40, 5'2, weight shifts from 145 to 148, fair skin. Coolsculpting done x2 in 2021 under chin. Lipo done in 2022 under chin with min result. 2023 neck and lower face lift but not to the middle section of my neck that shows the biggest issue. The middle portion wasn't done in 2023 bc scarring from just the lipo really bothered me for awhile. Does it look like I need a revision of the lift with corset playtysmalplasty under the chin?

A revision neck surgery like platysmaplasty, excision of sub platysmal fat and possible partial digastric muscle excision will help. 
It will help with the jawline definition as well.

It's hard to fully answer your question without an examination.  However, the anatomy shown on your photo won't respond to a corset platysmaplasty alone and will require a deep neck lift.  Save your money on energy devices which will create more harm than good at this point.

The limited photographs demonstrate significant fat deposits in the neck, most of which are located below the plasma muscle in your neck, and that's why liposuction alone and the energy devices you've done haven't given you much improvement. You'll need to deep neck lift procedure to remove the residual fat deposits both above and below the muscle in your neck. You also have a recessive chin profile, so consider placement of a small chin implant for better structural support of the soft tissues in the neck. A Chin Implant will also help with your jawline. A Facelift should not be required at age 40.
