Would a revision correct sagging and indents or should I consider other options? 18 months post op (photos)

I had a lower face lift 18 months ago. Around my incision is still quite saggy and I have strange sort of indents have are very noticeable. I’m extremely self conscious about it. Do I need a revision, or can this be treated with a different procedure?

You did not post your before photos, but I suspect you have a noticeable difference. Go back to your surgeon and discuss your specific concerns and options.
A revision neck surgery like platysmaplasty, excision of sub platysmal fat and possible partial digastric muscle excision will help.
It will help with the jawline definition as well.

All of these are excellent reasons to undergo a revision facelift. The best way to treat the pixie ear deformity is to lift the deeper tissues and alleviate the tension on the ear lobule/face skin interface. I would also re-excise those scars behind the ear and re-close them without any tension....
