I'm looking to get a tummy tuck/Lipo 360/BBL combo to restore my body after pregnancy. I have the right kind of ribcage for a sharp and small waist. Plastic surgeons often don't create the right kind of silhouette. IMO, they suck out too much from the lower flank, and then build out the hips and butt too low: think Cardi B. The ideal hourglass silhouette starts rounding out from the small of the waist, much higher. Is this possible? Or does it go the other way bcuz of practical limits?
