Female 32 year old i had a bbl 360 done n hit my right buttock very hard 2weeks after my bbl i noticed red a-pain to the area called my surgeon he put me on antibiotics 4 months after i noticed my right buttick os smaller than my left its bumpy and hard they said possible fat necrosis i dont know if a second bbl would fix this

It’s difficult to know if this is the result of how the surgery was performed or if the injury caused a change in your outcome.
To start with we always need to see a complete set of proper before and after pictures to make an assessment.
If you don’t have before, and after pictures, then ask your surgeon to forward the pictures they took.
a second round of fat transfer to your right hip and buttocks is most likely the only option.
Follow up with your surgeon or schedule a few second opinion consultations.
