Female 32 year old i had a bbl 360 done n hit my right buttock very hard 2weeks after my bbl i noticed red a-pain to the area called my surgeon he put me on antibiotics 4 months after i noticed my right buttick os smaller than my left its bumpy and hard they said possible fat necrosis i dont know if a second bbl would fix this

I suggest you discuss with your provider guy. I don’t think this should be too much of an issue, but perhaps I’ll put you on Antivirals Secondary Liposuction typically delivers much less than the first procedure unless previously untreated areas are treated. Repeat transfer can give better res...

Thank you for your question. You should be able to have your BBL. You may consider liposuctioning the bruised area.
