BBL with osteoarthritis

I see no reason why you cannot have a BBL.
From the information you’ve included we have no idea if you’re a good candidate for the procedure.
I will say that as a very general statement, the ideal candidate for body contouring procedures like liposuction and fat grafting Should generally be young, have tight skin and moderately thick layers of subcutaneous fat.
The opposite is also true.
Older people tend to not get as good of a result as young people. People with lots of loose skin do not get as good of a result and those who have very little fat to work with like patients who’ve had major weight loss to not be good candidates.
I suggest having multiple in person consultation to see what each provider has to say.
Ask each provider to show you lots of results of previous 50-year-olds who look just like you do.
Please bring pictures of yourself to use that reference during the consultation.
