Is it possible to decrease the size of my pelvis to have a more masculine hip ratio?

Question

I am a male born with an hour glass shaped body and I am wondering if there is any possible way of decreasing the size of my pelvis. I am literally built like a female. At hips I am very wide. My waist to hip ratio is complete opposite of the normal male hip ratio, its in fact similar to a females waist to hip ratio. I was just wondering if there was any way possible of just decreasing the size of my pelvis so I can actually have the body of every other male in this world.

Dear faitala3411,
it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. Generally speaking, it is not possible to reduce the size of bones but liposuction can remove excess fat from that area. If you are considering surgery, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination, you will get more information and recommendations.

I would not consider performing such an invasive orthopedic procedure for a cosmetic enhancement.  The chance of complication or residual pain should always be considered.

No one is going to reduce your pelvis for cosmetic purposes.
Depending on your BMI and fat distribution body contouring with Liposuction and or fat transfer are probably your only realistic options.
