I got lipo on my outer thighs and fat grafting to hip dips. I didn't realize the surgeon was going to take all the fat from my thighs now i'm left with a rectangular shaped body and lumpy legs that don't match my hips. This is my biggest regret. I know i can't reverse it but i want to get my body as close as i can to pre-surgery. The second imagine with the leggings was pre-surgery
Im 2 months post op from sleeve surgery, currently 57 180 pounds. I was considering a minimal Lipo and hip dip transfer around April. I KNOW they say we have to wait 1-2 years but I only see aesthetic reasons I want to know if my health is really at risk besides the usual In my case I dont even want a tummy tuck right now and my loose skin isnt an insecurity I just want an hourglass shape as natural as possible my waist is good its just my hips :(
I got banana roll lipo years ago and it it destroyed my gluteal fold. I've since had two reconstructive surgeries but the last one was over corrected and now I have two bulges that look like saddle bags! This makes me super insecure because you can see them through every clothing item and I have to arch my back all day long so my butt doesn't look like a flabby square! :( Are these edited after photos realistic? Can I achieve the look I've been dreaming of for years? Im young and tired
I have square hips. My widest point is my thighs, my hips dip in, and I have love handles. I can see where this could be improved with liposuction, but can hips be augmented to create more rounded hips? Is this a Brazilian Butt Lift? I dont need more volume in my butt, Im just looking to reshape my hips. Any answers would be appreciated.
Im a 41 yo 54 and around 110 pounds. Ive had a prophylactic double mastectomy and a hysterectomy in 2020. Is it possible to get fat transfer under local anesthesia to fill hip dips? My surgeon wants to put a little fat in my implants but Id rather have it in my hips if Im going to have another surgery. What would the down time look like and is it safe? Traditional BBLs scare me and I dont think Im a candidate because of my BMI
Hello! I got a bbl mainly for my hip dips and was wondering if i would be able to gain even wider hips. Doctor told me the reason for my hips dips is from lack of blood supply, so now that i gained fat there would i be able to make my hips wider from working out? First 2 pictures are before and next 2 are 7 weeks after.
Hi! Ive included some photos showing my hip dips that I have grown increasingly more insecure about. Wanted some insight on what the best approach could be to minimize the concavity as much as possible - Filler to the area? Coolsculpting/fat removal on my hips area? A butt lift (BBL or traditional?) Would a skin tightening procedure like Morpheus8 lift the skin to decrease the concavity? Would love to avoid surgery if possible, but also know fillers and such get quite pricey. Thanks so much!
Hello, thank you for taking the time to help with my question. I recently had a consultation with a DR that I was impressed with as far as his work with before and after pictures. During the consultation, he showed me a Vectra 3D illustration of my potential results for hip dip augmentation. How accurate is it for the hip dip? I ask because I understand that hip dip fat transfer is one of the hardest for fat survival and may not always produce more than 50% fat retention.
I've consulted my Haematologists about possibly getting cosmetic surgery and they said I can. I have sickle cell, but I've lived a pretty normal life unlike others I don't have to regularly go hospital for blood fusions/treatment. It's also to my understanding that fat grafting to the hips is less risky than a full BBL, considering this too is it possible for me to get the surgery and if so I'm unsure of where I can go? I've asked a few doctors & they've rejected me so far.
