Can fat grafting/fat transfer of booty, hips and face all be done at the same time?

Combination of procedures depend on diferente factors as medical history, Blood work result and the areas to be combine. An evaluation with a board certified plastic surgeon he /she can tell you if you are candidate to get this procedure done in your particular case and the recovery time you will require. It is best however that you consult with a board certified plastic surgeon to determine whether you can have several aesthetic surgeries in one session, as this would depend on various factors including but not limited to your general health condition, the type of anesthesia that will be used, and the type of surgeries that will be performed among others.

The procedures can be done at the same time but it may compromise recovery to some degree.

Some plastic surgeons do not want their patients to sleep on their back or sides after gluteal fat transfer and laying on your face after facial fat transfer is not a good idea.

I suggest having a few in person consultations with local board-certified plastic surgeons who seem to have a good reputation for fat transfer and hear firsthand what they have to say.
