For the chin treatment. Will it fix my top lip? Ive been told that my lips when i shut my mouth looks smushed. Would these treatment drastically change my face to appear attractive? I am upset with my face.

Without an exam your question cannot be answered.  You will need to see an Oral/Maxillofacial surgeon to see if othognathic surgery, genioplastyor using an implant is best for your specific case. It should be noted that patients with severely weak jaws or abnormally functioning jaws maybe better treated with other facial surgery (orthognathic surgery), although a chin augmentation may be an option at a later time. These patients should seek the advice of a plastic surgeon to determine which course is right for them. Both implants and fillers in the cheeks can create good results for patients.  Both can build up the cheeks and create symmetry.  You must balance the pros and cons of each procedure and do what you feel is the best decision for you.
Fillers:
Pros: No downtime Reversible Quick
Cons: Temporary More expensive in long run
Implants Pros: Permanent Great for patients with poor bone structure Less expensive overtime
Negative: Risks associated with surgery Possible infection Downtime

With your facial features you most likely have a malocclusion and a discrepancy between the position your upper and lower jaws. Given your young age you should at least go get an orthodontic evaluation and see if you are a candidate for orthognathic surgery to correct the fundamental underlying skeletal problem of your face. If that is not an option by either being a non-candidate for orthognathic surgery (which I doubt) or of your choice, then you look at camouflaging the skeletal problem. Given the shortness of your chin/lower jaw, a sliding genioplasty would be much better than an implant for your chin as your chin needs to come and upward at the same time. (a type of change an implant can not do) This type of chin augmentation combined with a rhinoplasty and possible male cheek implants will make a tremendous change in the shape of your face. Computer will help you see the type of changes this type of facial surgery can accomplish.

Cheek implants are placed for patients who have flat excellent flat cheek profile. Chin implants are placed for patients who have a weak  and recessive chin profile. Both implants are manufactured in a large array of sizes, thicknesses, and shapes, which is best determined  at the time of the consultation and examination. Both procedures can be performed under either local or general anesthesia, depending upon the patient's desires. you have a very long (or tall chin) from your lips to the point of the chin. A chin implant in this type of face makes the chin overly strong...like Schwarzenegger or even bigger. The best results for a situation like yours is actually shortening the jaw bone at the chin vertically and advancing it horizontally.  You should go someplace where they will computer image the effect of  on implant vs shortening and advancing the chin to see which you like the best. Visual information like this helps you more than someone's assurances.

Hi, I have performed many facial shaping procedures using dermal fillers, facial implants (silastic cheek implants, silastic chin implant, silastic lip implants), liposuction and/or facelifts for over 30 years.  Following my beauty principles, men look chiseled and handsome with angularity in the cheeks, chin and mandibular angles.  From the photos, your cheeks are very flat in the front (actually concave), the chin is extremely weak as is the one side of the mandibular angles (right side).  The following procedures would create a more ruggedly handsome face.
Cheek augmentation with silastic cheek implants to add angularity to the cheeks and mid face.  
Chin augmentation, using a chin implant, to add projection to the chin creating harmony and balance to the lower face.  I have performed many facial shaping procedures, including Chin Augmentation with dermal fillers or silastic chin implants, for over 30 years.  When the chin is weak, this creates an imbalance making the nose appear larger, the mid face top heavy, the lower face looks short, de-emphasizes the lips and allows early formation of a "double chin".  Proper placement of a silastic chin implant adds forward projection to the chin thereby creating harmony and balance to the lower face.  Using the same incision, liposuction can be performed to reduce the fat and further shape the neck.  Excess skin, from below the chin, can also be removed through the same incision.  I have found that placement of a silastic chin implant, through a small curved incision under the chin (also allows excess skin removal) to be very safe, quick, highly effective and far less invasive than a sliding genioplasty (requires extensive tissue dissection, bone cuts and placement of metal screws and plates to secure the cut bone segments).  I perform chin implant surgery in 30 minutes or less, often using a local anesthetic alone.  In my opinion, you are a good candidate for chin implant surgery.  
Augmentation of the right mandibular angle using a dermal filler (jaw implants have too many unwanted side effects IMHO) to add volume, angularity and flare to the jaw line.
