Can sleeping on your stomach make your chin implant shift?

jjboy123
I had a chin implant which the doctor sown into place 3 months ago. I used to sleep on my stomach before surgery but now when I try to sleep on my stomach I get nervous because I'm afraid the pressure from me pressing my face into my pillow will cause my implant to shift or move caused by the pressure on the implant, can this happen?
