I’ve contemplated a chin implant for a couple years now, but now I’m starting to think there’s more going on. Where the chin looks set back/around my mouth seems very chubby. Is this something a simple chin implant would correct or do I need buccal fat removal to smooth everything out in the lower portion of my face? (I still want to look feminine so I’m hoping for more projection and not to make my face look wider).

After three months of healing and full encapsulation of the implant, it is unlikely that pressure from sleeping will cause it to become malpositioned. But to be absolutely cautious a few more months of not sleeping on your stomach wil lower even this remote risk less likely.
