Great combination procedures and this should maximize results with one common recovery. In addition to rhinoplasty and chin implant, liposuction of the area beneath the chin and jawline will provide added definition to your jawline. All these procedures are frequently done together. It save recovery time and reduces the ancillary charges such as OR and anesthesia fees. As long as you are healthy, there is no contraindications for surgery.

A chin implant can and frequently is done at the same time as rhinoplasty surgery. Age is not important when considering neck liposuction but skin tone must be evaluated because you don't want to have loose, lax skin in a thin neck after the fat is removed. Based on these pictures it does appear that you are a good candidate for liposuction but an examination is necessary before making that recommendation. Be careful not to just remove fat bags of the lower eyelids because you do have grooves at the lid margins. The lids can be improved by placing some of the excess fat in these depressions.

 Hi, I have performed many facial shaping procedures using dermal fillers, facial silastic implants (cheek, chin or lip), Rhinoplasty, liposuction and/or facelifts for over 30 years.  From the photos, your chin is quite weak with some excess fat and skin below the chin.  I believe the confusion may arise not from augmenting the chin with a chin implant which is "absolutely" not age related (from 15 to 90 years of age would not matter) but rather in the liposuction.   Performing facial (or neck) liposuction alone in a patient 40 years of age or older can lead to increased loose (sagging skin) as the fat volume is removed.  This is mainly due to the loss of elasticity and tone in the skin as we age.  This doesn't apply however, in the case of neck liposuction when combined with a submental chin implant placement (as described below) as some of the excess skin is removed using the same incision under the chin.  I have performed many facial shaping procedures, including Chin Augmentation with dermal fillers or silastic chin implants, for over 30 years.  When the chin is weak, this creates an imbalance making the nose appear larger, the mid face top heavy, the lower face looks short, de-emphasizes the lips and allows early formation of a "double chin".  
 Proper placement of a silastic chin implant adds forward projection to the chin thereby creating harmony and balance to the lower face.  Using the same incision, liposuction can be performed to reduce the fat and further shape the neck.  Excess skin, from below the chin, can also be removed through the same incision.  
 I have found that placement of a silastic chin implant, through a small curved incision under the chin (also allows excess skin removal) to be very safe, quick, highly effective and far less invasive than a sliding genioplasty (requires extensive tissue dissection, bone cuts and placement of metal screws and plates to secure the cut segments of bone).  I perform chin implant surgery in 30 minutes or less, often using a local anesthetic alone.  In my opinion, you are a good candidate for chin implant surgery with removal of excess skin and fat from below the chin.

The under eye contours in your case are due to the lack of bone support at the 'orbital rim/eye socket'. The 'eyeball' is protrusive/forward of the rim and so the under eye area looks fuller than you may like. The answer is not to trim fat as some would suggest, but to augment the same area at the 'rim' with filler/temporary; or an implant; or even fat. Lipo under the chin needs to be associated with either a chin implant or ideally a genioplasty to look proper. Your tissues appear to be fine to have it done
