Age 43 - Too old for chin implant and lipo? (photos)

Question

I am getting ready to schedule my rinoplasty, I have breathing issues and cosmetic concerns. Ideally I would like to have some chin lipo and under eye blepharoplasty. I am 43 and of Latin decent. Am also getting a chin implant 2)chin liposuction am I too old? My surgeon said I should be fine, in reading this page I see some doctors are not comfortable with this for older patients. 2) I have bags or festoons under my eyes. I can't tell which. Will under eye blepharoplasty help? Thanks guys.

Great combination procedures and this should maximize results with one common recovery. In addition to rhinoplasty and chin implant, liposuction of the area beneath the chin and jawline will provide added definition to your jawline. I don't see prolapse fat or festoons in the photos that you provided. Good luck

All these procedures are frequently done together. It save recovery time and reduces the ancillary charges such as OR and anesthesia fees. As long as you are healthy, there is no contraindications for surgery.

You are not too old to undergo both procedures.   A chin implant can accomplish augmenting the chin forward, while liposuction of the neck can accomplish removal of the fatty deposits in that location and improve the jawline.  Both procedures are complementary to each other.  For many examples of this combination, please see the link and the video below
