420cc high profile vs ultra high profile? I’m 5’4, weigh 138.

Hello, I’m 34B now. With my upcoming surgery i decide to go with naturelle soft touch silicon implants of 420cc under the muscle but not sure what would be difference between high profile and ultra high as i want to look more natural. Thank you

In my opinion, it starts with your base width (or base diameter) of the breast. I first measure that, then ask the patient what volume/size implant they would like. If you have a narrow frame and you want 420cc implants, you’re going to need a higher projecting implant. If you have a relatively wide frame/chest, a 420cc implant with the appropriate diameter would not be as projecting.

Ultra high profile breast implants have the most projection and narrowest width.  This type of implant creates a breast very round in shape.  If I had a choice I would go with the high profile.

ultra high profile implants tend to give a rounder look.  It all depends what your goals are.  420cc is a generous implant.  I would discuss with your surgeon.
