525cc Natrelle Inspira too big for my chest size? I'm 5"4 128lbs and my chest measurement is 13cm left 13.25cm right. Bra size A

I had my mind set on the 525 inspira implant. I'm 5"4 128lbs and my chest measurement is 13cm left 13.25cm right. Bra size A. My Ps suggested going with the 495cc instead. Do you think I could fit the 525cc on my frame? I'm afraid the 495cc will not be big enough for my expectations but I also don't want to go bigger than what my body can take and run into complications
