Why is my one breast looking so flat/angular at the bottom? (Photo)

I know I'm only 10days post op and things are still changing a lot but suddenly my one breast is getting a distorted shape and looks flat at the bottom. Could this be some thing wrong or is it a normal part of the whole process? Feeling stressed!
