Good Afternoon! I see what you're talking about. Buccal fat remove can help to remove some of the fullness within the cheeks. The results are subtle which is important to keep in mind. I often tell patients to expect more slimming and slight shadowing from the cheek bone to the jawline. Masseter Botox can help if you're full at the angles of the jaw. Sometimes it's genetic, other times it's related to teeth grinding at night. I would seek consultation with a facial plastic surgeon to learn more. Hope this helps!
