Hi, I’ve attached a picture of myself at different weights. I’m 22 female and I am 5’7 tall. My body is very skinny. But whenever I do gain weight it goes to my face.I have since lost weight again and I am now 116lbs, but the stubborn lower cheek fat remains. I used to have a contoured face. Now I look fat even tho I’m not! What procedure would help? Would buccal fat removal address the lower area?
