I have excess fat on the sides of my lips and i was wondering if it’s perioral fat because i’ve already had buccal fat removal and didn’t see any significant results. im looking to get a more slimmer face and i was wondering how i can fix this?

It is one of the things that may not improve with BFR. With a lot of people if you push that fat out as you are doing BFR it will slim it down, but not easy to get in some people. Looking at your chin, you may want to think about a genioplasty or chin implant to stretch that perioral soft tissue. Your lip is anchored via a ligament that we can reposition by doing a genioplasty. It provides more support under that corner of the mouth and with your chin being well projected from what I can see, it would rotate down to give more balance to the lower face.
