One cheek considerably fatter - good candidate for buccal fat removal? (photos)

I’m a 27 year old woman of a healthy weight with one cheek that is very chubby and undefined, near the nasolabial fold. My left cheek bone has nice contour and I’d like to have the right look similar. Would buccal fat removal be the best way to treat? What other options are there?

Great question and its v hard to tell from your pictures exactly what would be a good option for you. I do see some facial asymmetry however Idk whats the best option. Filers, buccal fat etc are all options.
