Thank you for providing photos along with your question. Based on these images, you may benefit from a few procedures to help soften and define your features, helping you achieve a more feminine appearance. For a non-surgical approach, injectables like Botox and dermal fillers can give you an instant lift. Dermal fillers, in particular, can help re-shape and augment your chin. For more invasive procedures, you may explore a buccal fat removal procedure to slim your lower face. And to help refine your nasal bridge and tip, you might want to consider rhinoplasty. To find out the best procedure(s) for you, I recommend scheduling an in-person consultation with a reputable board-certified facial plastic surgeon, particularly one with a strong rhinoplasty portfolio. Your surgeon will evaluate your face, recommend the best procedure(s) to address your concerns and goals, use digital photography to show projected results, and help ensure the best possible results.
Rhinoplasty is a great solution to make changes in your nose. Your nose appears to be wide throughout the middle and tip. The nostrils also appear wide. These are very common problems and should be straightforward for good rhinoplasty surgeons. Time to get a real consult. Communication is the key so take photos of noses that you like to your consultation. Good luck.
Rhinoplasty and genioplasty: A Rhinoplasty often involves reduction in the width of the tip and nostrils as well as removal of dorsal humps and reduction in over projection of the nose. The small changes can improve the appearance of your nose. Your chin appears strong and square. A genioplasty is a procedure which can reduce the prominence of the chin, however not all plastic surgeons perform that procedure.
Thank you for your question. It seems your face is a bit heavy and masculine look that you do not like! There are a few causes to this:- skin seems to be quite thick ( specially on the nose , but you can not do a lot about it)- chin is wide and square ( a reduction genioplasty can help with this)- there is a bit of fat under the chin ( that double chin look can be corrected with a liposuction)- cheeks are heavy and you almost start to have some jawling despite your young age! ( perhaps a buccal fat pad removal can help a bit)- if my calculation is correct 5'4" and 190 gets you a very high BMI, 32 or so, which means you could well benefit of loosing some weight, and then reassess!Hope this helps, but it is surely advisable to contact a plastic surgeon and have a consultation!
Hello and greetings from Turkey. Since the P2/N95 masks make a pressure on the tip of the nose, I suggest my patients to use the masks after 6 months from rhinoplasty operation. You can use regular mask and face shield until the healing process is completed.
Hello, and thank you for your question. First of all, you already appear to have a beautiful nose. Second, it is too soon to assume you’ve already achieved your full results, because it isn't until a full year after the procedure that results are truly definitive. Your nose is still r...
