I am 21years old. My right side of the face seems to be bigger or droopier than my left side. I know the my jaw bone structure contributes to some asymmetry but it wasn't noticeable until recently. I notice that my face in pictures seem to be more ayssmetric than before. I went to an oral surgeon and there was no issue with my jaw. Is this aymmetry caused by uneven cheek fat or sagging on one side? My skin on the left side seems to be more lifted than my right but this is probably due to bone structure.
