Which procedure would be best for my case, buccal fat removal or face lipo?

I am 23 y.o. I have saggy face and I considering for buccal fat removal / face lipo. I have consultation with doctor, but she reccomend face lipo because buccal fat make incision inside mouth, and can make some risk. But I more prefer buccal fat removal. What the best procedure u think?

Thank you for your question.  Without a full exam, its hard to give you a definitive answer. That being said, based on the picture provided, I would tell you that buccal fat pad reduction is certainly something that would help improve the natural contour of your cheeks and jawline much more than facial liposuction can achieve. The fat pads in the face are intrinsically deep and you can only achieve a limited amount of sculpting with microliposuction.  The incision for buccal fat is inside the mouth, thats correct, and much like any procedure carries risk - much like facial liposuction.  I hope some of this helps! Best of luck.
