Excess fat around lower stomach area - Can I get liposuction without a tummy tuck? (Photo)

Could I please get some advice on whether I may be a suitable candidate for liposuction alone, without a full tummy tuck (abdominoplasty)? My main concern is excess fat around my abdomen, particularly the lower stomach area. Based on the photos attached, do you think liposuction alone could achieve a good result, or would a tummy tuck or another procedure likely be required? Thank you.
