Will droopy lower eyelids after a lower blepharoplasty eventually resolve or should I consider a revision? (photos)

My eye shape has gone from almond to tired and droopy after a lower bleph. The surgeon said that she created a knot in the corner of the eye to prevent retraction and that with massage it will go away in a year (first she said a month, then 3 months but kept extending it). My eyes are different shapes, are droppy and have unsightly scar tissue near the corner, will this actually heal or do I need to get a revision.
