You are an excellent candidate for a browlift. This will lower your hairline, decrease the vertical height of your forehead, reduce the wrinkling in the forehead and pull up the eyebrows to make them more symmetrical. At the same time, you may want to consider an upper and lower blepharoplasty.

A surgical brow lift and/or upper bleph will relatively permanently address the problem. I say relatively because you will continue to age, so you will need to do things to maintain the results as long as you can such as regular neurotoxin injections, excellent skincare to keep the skin bouncy and youthful.

Upper eyelid blepharoplasty is the surgical answer to your concerns. I perform the procedure in our office under local anesthesia. It takes less than an hour. Patients are given a dose of Xanax and an injection of Demerol and antihistamine to make them very comfortable. The stitches remain in place for 5-6 days, the downtime is minimal, and the rejuvenation is one of the "biggest bangs for the buck" of anything we do in facial procedures.
