Indentation on upper eyelid with chalazion 1 year after treatment, what do I need to be healed? (Photo)

I have had chalasion threatment by the needle which has been used to be relieved the bump on upper eyelid. After this application, the indentation is occured on the upper eyelid. İt has not been healing for 1 year. What kind of surgery do I need to be healed the indentation on upper eyelid.
