drs. i would like to get facial implants but i have a history of older implants becoming infected or developer seroma. what are some things a dr and patient can do/take to get the best possible outcome. are there certain medications or antibiotics one can take or things that can be done in the OR to prevent infection and complications? i dont smoke or drink alcohol. i like to think i am healthy. male in his late 30s
