Is it possible to place an implant on the zygomatic process to make the face wider?

One side of my face is narrower than the other. I would like to place an implant and make it wider so that it matches the other side. Can this be done with cheek implants on the zygomatic process? I do not want to make my cheeks more defined in the front, I just want to make my mid face wider.

Cheek implants offer very predictable augmentation which is permanent. The implants can be placed thru an intra oral approach under either local or general anesthesia. Fillers are all temporary, and fat grafting is very inconsistent, just like you've experienced.
If your surgeon has performed facial plastic surgery, removal of a cheek implant should be a VERY easy surgery to do - especially since you said you had silicone implants. They do not integrate with the tissue.
