I am a trans nonbinary person who had facial feminization do 11 months ago. Was told to do cheek implants and went with it. They are too high and have ridges under each eye i can do revision on. But i also feel like as soon as i smile it looks like i have squirrel cheeks. They feel too big to me. Would love input as i am seriously considering just removing them totaly. I like my face when slack but any smile makes then look HUGE and weird. Thank you so much for any help.
