Would dermal filler or a cheek lift help minimize the visibility of cheek implants?

The first option I would consider for purpose of smoothening visible contours of cheeks implants, would be a conservative placement of fat grafts all around the implants. This may provide both contour improvement as well as some soft tissue volume that you may still need. It would not be to my surprise that 2-3 fat grafting procedure may be needed to achieve best outcome. In person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon who has excellent reputation in fat grafting is recommended. Hope this helps.
