I had medpor cheek implants due to bulgy eyes/flat cheeks but can see the outline. I prefer the right side of my face as the cheek implant looks more seemless. My under eyes now look more hollow and there are more shadows. Do the cheek implants look good? Can filler or something be added under my eye all around the implant to get rid of it's visibility. Will a cheek lift be a good option to cover up the implant and also reduce my scleral show and 2 lift the lower fat that was injected prior

Cheek implants offer very predictable augmentation which is permanent. The implants can be placed thru an intra oral approach under either local or general anesthesia. Fillers are all temporary, and fat grafting is very inconsistent, just like you've experienced.
If your surgeon has performed facial plastic surgery, removal of a cheek implant should be a VERY easy surgery to do - especially since you said you had silicone implants. They do not integrate with the tissue.

It is impossible to comment on your result without before photos and in person exam. Rather than removing implants you may consider replacement with smaller implants; flat face is never an attractive face. You should discuss these issues with your surgeon and/or sonsider second opinion consult...
