Has my breast augmentation gone wrong?

Question

I got my breast augmentation under the muscle in December, they are mentor moderate plus 225 cc. I feel like they are square and my right one looks different to my left. I am deeply unhappy with the shape of it as i got under the muscle so it would look more natural but they feel like I have 2 square looks on my chest. My right side feels much harder than my left. Would I need a revision?

I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what is wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.

Hello, thank you for your photos and questions.  It appears to look like you have capsular contractor and the pockets are tight.  Did your provider have you do any type of massage to lower the implant? I would recommend you follow up with your surgeon or get a second opinion from another surgeon.

It appears the implants are being held high and have not dropped into the pocket.  As you are 8+ months out from your surgery you will likely need surgical intervention to improve the result.  See your surgeon for an evaluation and to discuss your options.

Hello Dear. thank you for the photos and sorry for the discomfort. When significant displacement of breast implants occurs, correction surgery is the most common treatment. This approach allows the position of the implant to be adjusted and the surgical pocket corrected to prevent future movement.
The differences between both breasts are very notable, there is no asymmetry. do you feel pain? Do you feel discomfort when lying down or raising your arms? The most pertinent thing is that you go for a physical or at least virtual consultation with a certified and qualified plastic surgeon.

Be careful when choosing your surgeon: the truth is that some surgeons are better than others. It's worth checking their credentials, experience and any reviews you can before making a decision. A decent cosmetic surgeon will be happy to provide it. If not, it's time to look elsewhere and find an alternative surgeon.
