16 months post-op septorhinoplasty and still swollen. Should I be concerned?

Thank you for your question. At 16 months, you should not be experiencing this degree of swelling. I would make an appointment with the surgeon that performed your procedure so they may examine inside your nose to determine whether a revision would be necessary. Best of luck.

Depending on how thick your skin is, it can take 24m for swelling to full subside, so based on your post op course, you likely have thicker skin and this is likely very normal.
It is very common for people of all skin thicknesses, to have more swelling in the morning, and for it to get better over the course of the day. It is also not uncommon to see the nose appear more swollen after exercise, steam/sauna, etc. You can try sleeping on a slight incline or with more pillows and see if that doesn't help.
