Very High Nasion Depth - can this be changed with a Rhinoplasty? (photos)

Nasion depth: you are very correct in pointing out that you have a high nasion or as we more often call it radix. A high radix is a strong and masculine look that we commonly associate with a Greek or Roman statue. Key to feminizing a high radix is to rasp the radix down with an instrument called a glabella rasp. Deepening the radix may then create the appearance of a hump below it and would probably therefore require reducing the projection of the entire nose. It might also involve slight shortening of the length of the nose as measured from the radix down to the tip and slight elevation of the nasal tip to complete a more feminine profile and maintain the correct proportions

That can be deepened with a file or power burr. But if that's the only thing that bothers you I'm not sure it's worth it. Also then your bridge will appear to have a hump
