How to fix short, rounded nose? (photos)

Hi, thank you for your question. As far as I see from the images, we should perform an open technique nosejob to refine the (saggy and bulky) nosetip (with a possible slight projection?) as well as nosebridge/axis deviation&wide side bones.  Regards. OprDr Cem Altindag

Rhinoplasty for short nose with Bulbous tip : If by rounded nose you mean you have a Bulbous tip, that is routinely address during a standard Rhinoplasty. As for having a short nose, it does not look particularly short to me in the view that you show. For someone with a truly short nose it is very difficult to actually lengthen the nose but sometimes Cartlidge grafts can be used which may lengthen it slightly. But again, it does not look like your nose is particularly short.

Unfortunately, these photos do not show much of nose anatomy to give you a meaningful advise. Series of full face photos or better, in person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon, expert in rhinoplasty, is recommended. Good luck.
