Does pressing on the tip of the nose make it bigger?

I know that pressing on the tip of the nose cannot change the bone and cartilage structure, but could I have enlarged the skin there by pressing on the tip of the nose? I had such a habit. Lately I have noticed that my nose is more swollen and thicker than before . Is this possible? If possible, is it permanent?

I believe this is true since people's nasal tips tend to droop downward in time from the effects of gravity. In that regard, your Nasal appearance may not revert to as it was before the manipulation.
