I cannot express enough just how happy I am with my results from my facelift and neck tightening procedure. Dr. Chouake was not only an amazing surgeon he is also a great person. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to have any facial procedure done.
I never had Botox before this, and I was hesitant to start, but Dr Chouake did a great job! I look so natural and my skin looks great! Didn’t hurt at all and he was very professional. Thank you Dr Chouake!
I’ll start by saying that if I’ll ever have to go through nose surgery again in my life, it will be again with Dr. Chouake without even blinking I had my surgery with Dr. Chouake on May 14 2024, after a triple bone fracture on my nose caused by a fist. I couldn’t breathe and my nose was completely out of shape. I was scheduled to have the surgery with an other physician long before May 14 2024, but I postponed from personal reasons and my physician got pregnant, and this is how I met Dr. Chouake and I can’t be more happier, it’s the best thing ever happened. He saw me only twice before the surgery, we talked and he was so patient and he calmly explained to me everything and that I might need cartilage from my ear or ribs or from other person in order for me to be able to breathe again and have a normal shape, I explained to him how I would like my nose to be and short after I went to surgery. He came to see me before surgery and reassured me everything will be ok and I’m in good hands. He also told me he hopes I won’t need to have cartilage removed but I gave my consent to do so in case needed during the surgery. My surgery lasted 6h and I woke up breathing on my nose I just couldn’t believe it after so long, even if I was so confused from the anesthesia, but finally breathing on my nose. Of course minutes after that my nose started to get full because I was moving my head all over and I had the stitches inside, but I was feeling ok and no pain at all. He also removed cartilage from my ear, and I didn’t even realized until a nurse told me to stop scratching my ear because the doctor removed cartilage from there, pain 0. I went home same night and followed doctor’s instructions. Second day I was swollen a little and 3rd and 4th day a little more but nothing scary as I was expecting. I’ll post you few pictures from the day the doctor removed the stitches from my nose and few days after, at not even 2 weeks and my nose was looking so good and I was breathing perfect. I’ll be grateful to Dr. Chouake for life for what he did for me! Not being able to breathe on my nose was affecting my daily life, my sleep, headaches every now and then, it was a nightmare, and now thanks to him I feel normal again and my nose looks just perfect!
I recently had a surgical lip lift and eyelid revision by Dr. Chouake at the Woodbury office of Madnani Facial Plastics. I was never happy with my thin upper lip, and at age 69, it certainly wasn't getting any better. Dr Chouake listened to my concerns and calmed my fears. His level of care was exceptional. Im very happy with how both procedures are healing and can't wait for my final result! Thank you Dr Chouake and your entire team! I would trust you to do anything!
Dr Chouake is such a sweet kind surgeon who takes his time with his patients. He did a great job on my surgery and I would recommend him to everyone. He is such a sweetheart. Dr Madnani is also amazing. You can not go wrong at this office!
I recently had a rhinoplasty and septum surgery with Dr. Chouake , and I’m extremely pleased with the results . Not only can I breathe comfortably now, but my nose also looks amazing and really enhances my profile. Dr. Chouake was very attentive, and made sure I understood the whole process. His work exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend him to anyone considering nose surgery.
My rhinoplasty with Dr. Chouake has been completely transformative. The aesthetic result is perfect—my nose looks natural, and I feel so much more confident. On top of that, my breathing is better than it’s ever been. Dr. Chouake was kind, attentive, and truly there for me throughout the entire process, which made the experience even better. I’m so grateful for his expertise and care, and I couldn’t recommend him more highly.
I had such a positive experience with Dr. Chouake! They were kind, thorough, and really took their time to make sure I was happy with everything. My recovery was easier than I expected, and I’m really pleased with the outcome.
You are only three weeks post-surgery, and given that this is your second rhinoplasty, it’s completely normal to experience significant swelling at this stage. I recommend waiting longer to allow the swelling to settle before making any decisions. If the issue persists once the swelling has resolved, it could be due to residual bone that wasn’t fully smoothed or an edge of the bone. If that’s the case and it’s the only concern, it would be a straightforward adjustment to address. Best, Dr. Chouake
Hi,If your main concern is the tip of your nose, a rhinoplasty focused solely on refining the nasal tip can be performed to address this specific area. Based on the photos you provided, I believe this approach would achieve a subtle, pretty, and natural result. Best, Dr. Chouake
Hi MartiCo, An experienced rhinoplasty surgeon will tailor changes to suit your unique facial features, ensuring a natural result. There’s no need to exaggerate a slope if that’s not what you want. The issue you’re describing is likely due to a large, dome-like lower lateral crura, which creates the widened tip you mentioned. It’s essential to select a surgeon whose work aligns with your aesthetic goals. For example, due to my philosophy on aesthetics and emphasis on nasal breathing, I rarely, if ever, perform rhinoplasties that result in very "slopey" or thin noses. Regarding African American nose specialists, you don’t necessarily need an ethnic nose specialist for your rhinoplasty, as your nose does not require the specific adjustments commonly associated with ethnic rhinoplasty. Hope this helps. Best, Dr. Robert Chouake
Hi, It looks like the bump you're seeing might be because the nasal bone on the right side didn’t move as much as the bone on the left during your surgery. Sometimes, the bone can shift back a little during healing, which can happen naturally and isn’t anyone’s fault. The good news is this can likely be fixed with a quick, simple surgery and depending on your surgeon may not require opening your nose again. I’d recommend reaching out to your surgeon to talk about this option. Best of luck! Dr. Chouake
Hi LouDelaney, It is a little difficult for me to see the scar tissue you mention in the picture you provided.. but i will assume for the sake of the question that there is a scar tissue built up under the skin and the issue you are concerned about is not caused by something else... Given that your surgery was in 2021 and you’ve already undergone a series of injections without success, surgical excision of the scar tissue is often the next logical step. Often times this can be a "minor revision". I would recommend reaching out to your surgeon and discussing the situation with them again. Depending on what's going on under the skin, the revision may be less complex—and less costly—than you think. If you're not ready to pursue a revision surgery, discussing potential alternative options with your surgeon could also be helpful. In certain cases, filler can be used to camouflage irregularities in the nose. Wishing you the best! Dr. Chouake
