Could my uneven nostrils be a sign of a deviated columella? 6 months post op (photos)

Over 6 months post op/ nostrils always been uneven- never noticed much due to swelling during early months however my columella seems deviated? Any ideas would be appreciated, I spent a lot Of money for my nose.
