This needs immediate treatment for vascular occlusion.  It is likely there is compression on a blood vessel or filler in the vessel.  This is an emergency and a risk to anyone getting injection on the nose.  I suggest treatment immediately.  Best, Dr. Emer.

I would contact your treating physician as soon as possible as this could be a sign of impending vascular supply issues to the tissue of your forehead. It could be bruising but you need to be assessed by your treating physician.

Hi Moodyy, you need to follow up with your injector immediately. It is likely that you have vascular compromise and the product needs to be dissolved.

Please see your doctor immediately for treatment. The glabellar is the most dangerous area for a vascular compromise and to prevent significant damage, the material needs to be dissolved.

Your photos imply an injection of filling material either into a blood vessel or around one causing compression of the vessel and decreasing blood supply to the surrounding tissues of your nose, cheek and forehead. It must be treated immediately to try and restore blood flow to those tissues. Return to your injector or find a physician experienced in treatment immediately. They should inject the area with hyalounidase, give you warm compress advice, prescribe a topical to open your blood vessels and will help with any resulting tissue break down. Don't wait for an appointment, go now.
