How long do I need to pump and dump after I did hyaluronic acid fillers?

I did fillers 4 days ago and been pumping-dumping breast milk since. For how long should I continue this to start feeding my 6 months old baby again?

I do this procedure tons of times a day for years without complicatoins. I love voluma lately to this area but use belotero and silk more superfically.  I combine with lasers and microneedling/PRP to get even more results. Best, Dr. Emer.

How long does saline solution last when injected to test out an appearance similar to that of filler?

Saline injections do not mimic fillers as the fillers are moldable, shapeable, and are injected at various depths with viscosity which saline doesn't have so you can get shape or contour.  I suggest going to an expert, as no expert would suggest that saline can represent a true filler....
