Can I be anesthetized while getting cheek and lip fillers?

oddball95
Is it possible for doctors to put me out during the procedure of getting lips and cheeks done? I know it's not surgery, but I can't do it if I'll be awake. I got a root canal a year ago and the doctor prescribed me 2 Valium which I took before the procedure and don't remember a thing past sitting in the chair. If this is possible, what are the methods? I'd rather just take an oral method than have to get an IV and all that. Seems like a bit much.
