28 male, weight has remained constant. Over the past few months by face has lost all definition. My cheekbones are barely visible and my skin has started to sag. My face hae become very deflated where my midface has receded. Would a facelift be my best option in rejuvenating my face. Thank you
Answer: Face No, a facelift is not a good option for you at your age. I would suggest micro-needling with radiofrequency, like Secret or Morpheus plus Sculptra injections for some added volume. Sculptra can also be delivered with micro-needling.

Answer: Facial Fat Injections Hello, I'm sorry to read what you are experiencing! When looking at your photos I think that Facial Fat Injections could be beneficial for you in creating more volume and fullness – especially in enhancing your very high cheekbones! Or if you are wanting to have a Facelift, adding Micrografting to the face and temples will to help not only to tighten the face overall, but give you a more healthy, rejuvenated look. To me, your skin does not appear to be showing advanced signs of ageing, such as jowls or deep nasolabial folds, so perhaps a Facelift could be something to consider once these signs begin to present themselves.

Answer: Too much too soon you do not need a facelift. as young as you are, i'd focus on good diet and exercise to start with. if you need more volume or skin tightening- i would consider getting some filler or a biostimulator injection like sculptra from a reputable provider. For skin tightening, consider RF microneedling.

Answer: Loss of definition Fillers are very much better option than a facelift in your situation. Hyaluronic acid fillers will provide immediate plumping, and can be used to accentuate the cheekbones, fill out the temples, and add more definition to the jawline. Sculptra is a collagen stimulator that will have more of a gradual effect over multiple treatments if you don’t want anyone to notice an immediate difference.

Answer: Rhinoplasty and hair transplant Your nose is crooked and leaning toward one side and you have a very high hairline. You may benefit from hair transplant to lower your hairline and a rhinoplasty with possible chin implant. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.
