Face becoming thinner, but facial bones are less prominent. Would a facelift correct this? (Photo)

28 male, weight has remained constant. Over the past few months by face has lost all definition. My cheekbones are barely visible and my skin has started to sag. My face hae become very deflated where my midface has receded. Would a facelift be my best option in rejuvenating my face. Thank you
