Sagging in my lower mouth area. I have tried fillers, but they didn’t help. Would a mini lift be appropriate? (34F) (Photo)

Hello! My family is genetics predisposed to having a bit of sagging in the lower mouth/lower cheek area. I have tried fillers, but it didn’t not seem to correct the issue. In my 20’s, I definitely had more chipmunk cheeks and feel really wane and saggy now. I am also underweight at 104lbs. Would a mini lift be appropriate for me at 34?
