3 weeks post op Tummy Tuck, there is dark dried up blood in between my incisions. Is this normal? (photos)

Thank you for your pictures. This looks like a scab consisting of old blood and skin debris. You need to have your plastic surgeon look at this and he or she will decide if this needs to be removed to judge the current healing of your scar. 

2 hours is a haul but shouldn't prevent you from doing the safe thing which is going to see your surgeon.  Even if it's dried blood or skin debris, it needs to be properly cleaned- bacteria love blood cells and all the protein it provides them.  Go see your surgeon, be safe, get it cleaned and covered, and get the peace of mind you need.

It looks like there is some non-viable tissue that needs to be addressed.Better advice will come from your surgeon--email or text this photo and ask for instructions.All the best.
