Hyaluronidase for above lips and lips has left me with wrinkles. Treatment options? (photos)

If you developed the wrinkle after you had hyaluronic acid fillers dissolved, I would first try injected of a small amount of neuromodulator to see if that will improve it. If not, then I would inject a small amount of a soft hyaluronic acid filler to improve the appearance.  Hope this helps!

Thank you for sharing your excellent question.  I would recommend dissolving any remaining filler product present in your lip and then wait at least 6-8 weeks after to pursue any additional treatment or product placement.  Hope this helps.

Hello. Thanks for the photos and questions. It seems that you have two different situations. Skin wrinkles upper your lips, and disagreement with the results of fillers on your lips. Maybe you'll need to wait a few weeks to complete the recovery from dissolving fillers. Then, you can use Botox for wrinkles and a small amount of filler for your upper lips. Please do not change your mind so frequently. Ask a board-certified doctor to be sure that the treatment is more suitable for you. Best luck.

There are a few options - one is to try a neuromodulator like Botox to help soften the lines. This would work if if the lines are absent at rest and only appear with movement. You can then add or subtract more filler based on those results. Its hard to say where you are at now, given the lip filling / dissolving episodes. An in person eval can help determine which options are best, but consider giving it some time for any swelling from the filler to go down prior to another treatment.

Hello,Thank you for your photos and question. I am little confused as to how many times you have had your lips filled and dissolved. You can speak to an experienced injector and determine a treatment plan such as Microneedling or injecting PRF and even doing PDO threads to soften the lines on the top of your lip. Neuromodulators might even soften the lines a little. Make sure you get several options before re-injecting and/or having the filler dissolved again. Sincerely,Chase Lay, MD

A combination of Botox/Dysport and a softer filler would help with the vertical lip lines. I would also consider microneedling with PRP or a fractional laser to improve the quality of the skin around the mouth if this is a concern for you.

You really need to see a plastic surgeon who can evaluate you in person and recommend best treatment options. Additional filler and possibly use of Botox is required. Good luck from New York City

hyalurinidase didn't give you wrinkles, you have wrinkles, and if you purse your lips you will see them  more than in repose or smiling.  BTW IMO you have too much lip filler as it is and I think you would look better if you just let it dissipate for a while. 
advice: Don't look in a mirror and purse you lips. Look in a mirror and smile. You will be much happier
