It is completely normal to have asymmetries in the face, however, if you would like to see subtle improvement you can have a few units of neuromodulator and filler placed in the upper lip. You would get a nice improvement with lip fillers. Volbella, Restylane, and Juvederm are good to create a symmetrical lip. NovaThreads can be used to improve lift and shape. You can absolutely have your smile corrected by injecting a filler. Everyone has a slight uneven smile and Juvederm or Restylane would be great for you to use.  Please consult an expert in lip fillers for the best cosmetic results.  Best, Dr. Green

A small amount of lip filler of the upper lip as well as unilateral botox can help improve the symmetry of your smile. It is always normal for any smile to be asymmetric however this will lessen the noticeable difference between your left and right sides. Hope this helps!Johnson C. Lee, MD

Thank you for your question and photo.  We all have facial asymmetries that make the two halves of our faces more like siblings. However, the right and left side of your lips should be identical twins at rest and with animation. You do have options and your lips at rest and with smiling can be corrected with precise placement of a muscle relaxer like Botox Cosmetic or Jeuveau off label, and a filler like Juvederm  Volbella or Revanesse Versa. This is not a task for the novice injector because inferior results will worsen your problem. I would suggest booking a consultation with an experienced injector.  The aesthetic physician you choose must recognize what you need without you telling her what to do.

Proper alignment of the teeth will always lead to a better smile. Fillers can helps add volume to the lips as well as improve minor lip asymmetries. I don't think you would see a significant improvement in your smile asymmetry with filler alone though.

Yournasymmetric smile is completely normal and no surgical procedure or fillers will help since the smile itself depends on the action of the muscles involved. Leave your smile alone as it's perfectly fine and good luck from New York City
